ABOUT SHIPMENT

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

2. Order processing time takes 3-4 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 3 weeks to 4 weeks. 
We can’t promise delivery times. We can’t control delays caused by the weather or the postal service.  If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can!

Please note that 3-4 weeks deliveries is an estimation and that it may take longer than 35 days depending on where you live or if it's a busy time of the year.

If you didn't get your order in 60 days, we will refund you in full. 


3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.


5. I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?
Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.


8. I ordered multiple items, why did i only receive one ? 
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

ABOUT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!

Return Policy

You may return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of when you received.

 ALL RETURNS must be made within 14 DAYS otherwise we will not accept the return.

Can I exchange my merchandise if I order the wrong size?

It is possible to exchange, however this will take additional time as replacement can only be sent out once your original merchandise has been received back. 

Also, it will cost you more in shipping fees(you have to pay for shipping fee that ship back), so it is important to try to order the correct size.

The product descriptions give guidance on how to measure and decide which size will fit you the best.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
